What you will find here are a listing of my house recipes I follow as a guideline for my weekend protein preparation. Heck there may be more than proteins listed, just enjoy. The recipes are cobbled from other internet recipes, maybe a tweak or twerk here and there, temp, brands of rubs etc…

Aside from recipes, I’ll post My Ramblings. This could be some technology bit, hiking or biking, or some other note I decide to post about.
